No. Decluttering is helping to remove unwanted items, finding places for the items you do wish to keep and to bring order and peace into your home.

Cleaning is making your home clean and free from dirt and dust.

Sometimes clutter can be overwhelming. We help you make a plan and work alongside you to clear the overwhelm. 

We do light cleaning such as dusting down shelves once we’ve removed items and decluttered the area. We don’t do any heavy lifting or deep cleaning.

It all begins with a Free 20 min discovery call where we’ll discuss what you would like to achieve to create a plan to achieve those goals.

Through one of your preferred platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, WhatsApp or Phone, you can take us on a tour of your problem areas so we can create a plan and help you achieve your decluttering goals.

Following the Discovery session, your Professional Organiser will go through the rooms and items you’d like decluttered. We’ll process what items you love and what needs to go. We also advise on storage solutions with tips to maintain a decluttered space so make you feel in control and organised again. 

Your Professional Organiser will come to your property to help you or independently pack up each room in your house ready for relocation or storage. Additional costs apply for supplying boxes.

It is important to declutter before going out and buying containers. Once we know exactly what we are keeping, we can help you find the best storage solutions.

We can certainly style the property for inspections. Essentially, we take the stress out of selling and moving homes. We declutter and free up space so the property feels much more spacious and welcoming which adds appeal for potential buyers and value to the selling price. We help you pack and move – without the stress. 

This is a difficult time – and we are here for you. We can help with packing and moving homes for relocation and have working relationships with removalist companies. 

As with most professional organisers, we are an unregistered business in relation to NDIS. We are happy to work with you and your Plan Manager to assist you in your decluttering journey. 

We work alongside you to help you make decisions about your personal effects. So yes, you do need to be there to make those decisions- the decision of what goes and what stays is very much your decision

No, the ultimate decision lies with you. We are there to gently guide you with the decision-making process and help you when you are not quite sure what to do.

We offer a free take away service limited to one car load of unwanted items per session.

You are in total control of what you want to keep and what isn’t important to you any longer. There are numerous ways to deal with sentimental items: we won’t dispose of anything without your say so.

We most certainly can. There is a fee attached for selling unwanted items, and we will also take one car load of discarded items to donation centres.

Yes we do

Yes, we love the KonMari method.

The KonMari method is about helping to declutter on a number of levels, starting with focusing on the goal of the ideal lifestyle and finding the joy in the process. The Marie Kondo method is not a quick fix for a messy room and starts with a commitment to tidying up. As a process, it can take up to 6 months and must become a part of your lifestyle. While we can help you declutter effectively across a few sessions, we can also create a 6 month plan of sessions to see you achieve your ideal uncluttered lifestyle.

This depends on how much work there is and how quickly you need the task finished: after all, many hands make light work.

Each person and home is different. We will be able to get into more detail after our Discovery session.

We also offer a completely private and confidential service. We comply with the NAPO (National Organisation of Productivity and Organising Professionals) code of ethics which guarantees privacy and confidentiality throughout the process. I will never discuss my work with anyone without your consent and authorisation. Occasionally, I may ask if I can take before and after photographs but this is entirely your choice. Besides, as a former registered Nurse, trust me when I say I’ve seen everything. I find joy in bringing order to your space.
