We'll continue working through the checklist of tasks corresponding to the service you've booked - including extras you've selected - until everything meets our high standards.
To help our cleaning teams manage their day, we provide estimates of how long we think the job should take. These are just guidelines, allowing your team to work efficiently at their own pace.
On the rare occasion our estimates are off, our Guarantee comes into play. We'll do our absolute best to resolve the situation. If more time is required to complete the checklist to our satisfaction, additional charges may apply. We'll always contact you to confirm any extra charges before proceeding.
