Our flat rate services are based on achieving results - not on the time spent cleaning. Unlike our hourly rate services, these are not constrained by time limits. We'll continue working through the checklist of tasks corresponding to the service you've booked - including extras you've selected - until everything meets our high standards.
To help our cleaning teams manage their day, we provide estimates of how long we think the job should take. These are just guidelines, allowing your team to work efficiently at their own pace.
On the rare occasion our estimates are off, our Guarantee comes into play. We'll do our absolute best to resolve the situation. If more time is required to complete the checklist to our satisfaction, additional charges may apply. We'll always contact you to confirm any extra charges before proceeding.

We do light cleaning such as dusting down shelves once we’ve removed items and decluttered the area though we don’t do any heavy lifting.
You can also complement your decluttering or move with deep Spring cleans, One-off cleans, End-of -lease cleans, Regular cleans and final touch-ups to leave your space spotless, refreshed and ready for whatever’s next. Just ask us to arrange this for you.
