Our flat rate services are based on achieving results - not on the time spent cleaning. Unlike our hourly rate services, these are not constrained by time limits. We'll continue working through the checklist of tasks corresponding to the service you've booked - including extras you've selected - until everything meets our high standards.
To help our cleaning teams manage their day, we provide estimates of how long we think the job should take. These are just guidelines, allowing your team to work efficiently at their own pace.
On the rare occasion our estimates are off, our Guarantee comes into play. We'll clean for up to 1 hour longer than the estimated time at no extra cost. If more time is required to complete the checklist to our satisfaction, additional charges may apply. We'll always contact you to confirm any extra charges before proceeding.
