I’m about to be your Professional Organiser, ready to help you manage your space and time. 

Having previously worked as a Registered Nurse, Executive Assistant and now a Professional Organiser for 7 years and a mother of 3, I feel I have been organising spaces and people my whole life.

Life throws us obstacles and challenges – and sometimes it can be very overwhelming. But here’s the key: it’s about management of our space and time.

Where do we start with decluttering?

It all begins with a Free 20 min discovery call where we’ll discuss what you would like to achieve to create a plan to achieve those goals.

What is the process for a decluttering session?

Following the Discovery session, your Professional Organiser will go through the rooms and items you’d like decluttered. We’ll process what items you love and what needs to go. We also advise on storage solutions with tips to maintain a decluttered space so make you feel in control and organised again. 

 

Do you help with packing and organising houses and offices?

Yes we can. Moving home or office is the perfect time to declutter. We help you pack and move – without the stress.

What is the process for a pack and organise session?

Your Professional Organiser will come to your property to help you or independently pack up each room in your house ready for relocation or storage. Additional costs apply for supplying boxes.

Will I need containers? How will we manage storage?

It is important to declutter before going out and buying containers. Once we know exactly what we are keeping, we can help you find the best storage solutions.

Do I need to be there when you declutter?

We work alongside you to help you make decisions about your personal effects. So yes, you do need to be there to make those decisions- the decision of what goes and what stays is very much your decision

Will you make me throw away my stuff?

No, the ultimate decision lies with you. You are in total control of what you want to keep and what isn’t important to you any longer. There are numerous ways to deal with sentimental items: we won’t dispose of anything without your say so. We are there to gently guide you with the decision-making process and help you when you are not quite sure what to do. We work with you to help you make these choices

Will you take away items I no longer want?

We offer a free take away service limited to one car load of unwanted items per session.

Can you help me sell and donate my unwanted items?

We most certainly can. There is a fee attached for selling unwanted items, and we will also take one car load of discarded items to donation centres. 

Do you use the Marie Kondo method?

Yes, we love the KonMari method.

The KonMari method is about helping to declutter on a number of levels, starting with focusing on the goal of the ideal lifestyle and finding the joy in the process. The Marie Kondo method is not a quick fix for a messy room and starts with a commitment to tidying up. As a process, it can take up to 6 months and must become a part of your lifestyle. While we can help you declutter effectively across a few sessions, we can also create a 6 month plan of sessions to see you achieve your ideal uncluttered lifestyle.

How long will it take?

Each person and home is different. We will be able to get into more detail after our Discovery session.

How can you guarantee confidentiality?

We offer a completely private and confidential service. We comply with the NAPO (National Organisation of Productivity and Organising Professionals) code of ethics which guarantees privacy and confidentiality throughout the process. We will never discuss our work with anyone without your consent and authorisation. Occasionally, we may ask if we can take before and after photographs but this is entirely your choice. We find joy in bringing order to your space. By nurturing, supporting and guiding you, we’ll bring calm and control into your life – happiness injection guaranteed.
