FAQs
What do I need to apply?
A valid ID and proof of your right to work in Australia. We’ll guide you through everything during onboarding.
How long does the approval process take?
Most applications are reviewed within 36 hours. Once approved, you can start accepting bookings immediately.
Do I need my own equipment?
We arrange for certain Space Managers tools to reach you. You bring the experience.
Do I do cleaning as well?
Yes, we can offer Cleaning solutions through our great partnerships.
We ask you perform light cleaning such as dusting down shelves once items are removed and the area is decluttered though we don’t do any heavy lifting or climbing step ladders.
We can complement our customers’ decluttering or move with partners who specialise in deep Spring cleans, One-off cleans, End-of -lease cleans, Regular cleans and final touch-ups to leave their space spotless.

How much will I earn?
$600 per job is the standard from where decluttering starts. You know what you’re being paid before you accept with no surprises.
When do I get paid?
Payments are processed weekly and deposited directly to your bank account.
Can I choose my own hours?
Set your availability and accept bookings that fit your schedule. Take time off whenever you need.
